The very first thing I need to do is a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis). This report takes into considerable all of the homes in your immediate area that are similar to yours that have sold over a certain period of time. Armed with that information, I then scan the market for all homes currently under contract and for sale. Together with skill, experience, and some number crunching, I will ensure that your home is priced fairly. Fairly to you so that you get top dollar and fairly to your potential buyer so that your home will sell.

Selling Contract
Once we have a contract signed, I can get started on promoting your home. I will explain the sales contract to you and provide you with an estimate of all costs involved and what you should be able to expect upon the closing of your home.
